There is a free plan that stays free — dashboard, day book and your three statement reports for one company, no card. Past that you buy a licence once, for one, three or five years: one desktop and any number of phones, with the AI assistant and unlimited bill scanning in every term. Nothing auto-renews.

What is included, what is not, and what happens if you change your mind.
Is the AI assistant (AccBrain AI) included in the price?
Yes — in every licence and in the seven-day free trial, with no AI plan to buy on top and no AI tier to climb. All three paid terms unlock exactly the same product and differ only in how long they run. The free plan is not a cut-down edition of them: it is free, and it still answers a few AI questions every month.
Is bill scanning charged per invoice?
No. Scanning is unlimited on every term and in the seven-day trial. There are no credits to buy, no invoice counter running in the background, and no separate scanning subscription to bolt on beside the licence. Document scanning is part of the licence, and the figure on the card is the whole figure — whether you scan one bill this month or five hundred.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each term is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no card left on file. A term simply ends on its expiry date unless you choose to buy again.
What happens when the seven free days are up?
Nothing is deleted and you are not charged — the app settles onto the free plan. You keep the whole dashboard, the day book, and Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and the tax summary with PDF and Excel export, for one company of up to 2,000 vouchers, refreshed each time you open the app. A licence brings back the rest of the report pack, the receivables chasing, inventory, every entry form, bill scanning and figures that move as your books do. The seven days are counted from your first sync rather than from the day you sign up, so setting things up unhurriedly does not cost you any of them.
Do I have to pay at all?
No. AccBrain has a permanent free plan and it is a working app, not a countdown: one company, books up to 2,000 vouchers, and a few AI questions every month, with the daily digest, the widget and every language switched on. People pay when one company stops being enough, when they want to chase receivables and post entries from the phone, or when they want the reports beyond the three statements.
Can I buy another term before my current one runs out?
Yes, and it adds to what you have left rather than replacing it. Buying a one-year term with four months still to run leaves you sixteen months, so there is no reason to wait for an expiry date and no window in which you lose access.
Is GST included in the price on the card?
The figure on each card is the taxable value. On a purchase billed in rupees, 18% GST is added at checkout — the total shown beside the price is what you are actually charged — and a GST tax invoice is issued for it. Billed in any other currency the sale is an export of services and carries no Indian GST. Buying inside the phone app goes through Google Play or the App Store, which apply their own local pricing.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
You can request a full refund within 12 hours of paying, GST included, by emailing us with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within seven business days. The seven-day trial exists so that the decision is made before any money moves at all.
