Terms & Conditions

This applies to the AccBrain web platform (accbrain.com), the AccBrain desktop sync agent, and the AccBrain mobile app on both Android (Google Play: com.beth.accbrain) and iOS (App Store), all developed by BETH TECHNOLOGIES.

By accessing or using AccBrain (the "Service") provided by Beth Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• A desktop agent that reads your TallyPrime data and keeps it in sync
• A secure cloud mirror of your companies, ledgers, stock, vouchers and reports
• A web dashboard and mobile apps for Android and iPhone to view your books anywhere
• Licensing and payment processing for the above

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account

• Use the Service only for your own lawful business accounting
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Do not share one desktop licence across multiple unrelated businesses; one desktop agent is bound per account
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Do not violate any applicable law or regulation

• AccBrain offers a 7-day free trial, after which a limited free tier remains available.
• Premium is sold as one-time purchases that do not auto-renew — 1-year, 3-year and 5-year terms, priced from an INR base.
• Payments are taken via Razorpay (web), Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). Prices are quoted exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added to purchases billed in Indian rupees. Purchases in other currencies are treated as an export of services and carry no Indian GST.
• Prices shown exclude GST, and the checkout total includes it. That total is re-computed on our server; we do not accept a client-supplied price.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every purchase made through our website.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• You retain ownership of the accounting data you sync.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide the Service to you.
• Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
• AccBrain is a companion to TallyPrime and is not a substitute for maintaining your own backups.

• We retain all rights to the AccBrain platform, software and content
• You retain ownership of the data and content you create

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data not caused by our gross negligence

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Muvattupuzha, Kerala.
