Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope of Policy
This applies to the AccBrain web platform (accbrain.com), the AccBrain desktop sync agent, and the AccBrain mobile app on both Android (Google Play: com.beth.accbrain) and iOS (App Store), all developed by BETH TECHNOLOGIES.
Nature of Products
We do not sell any physical goods. AccBrain is a digital service; all purchases are software licences delivered electronically.
Free Trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate AccBrain fully before paying. A limited free tier remains available after the trial ends.
One-Time Purchases
Premium licences are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. There is no recurring subscription to cancel — a term simply ends on its expiry date unless you choose to buy again.
Cancellation and Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within 12 hours of completing a payment.
- To request one, email [email protected] within the 12-hour window with your payment reference and the reason.
Refund Process
- Once a valid request is received within the window, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. This includes the GST charged on the purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests made more than 12 hours after payment are not eligible.
- No refunds are provided for partial usage of a term.
- Purchases made through Google Play are additionally subject to Google Play's own refund policy.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us, under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
